We do not offer a wide variety of paper products. Instead, we enhance every type of paper with "techniques" to create unique paper that is stronger, more familiar, and deeper than anything else. This involves combining papers, infusing them with wax, creating textures to bring designs to life, and tearing them to specified dimensions. We can apply various processes according to requests. All of this is supported by skilled craftsmanship. Each step involves human hands, resulting in "paper beyond paper."
Teshio paper is a "carefully crafted paper" that employs advanced techniques by hand, aiming to create flexible products that can accommodate small lots for various uses, much like the "oteshō" small plates that cater to the diverse dishes of Japanese cuisine.
